Ease of use the actually what make it a perfect tig welder for beginners. The setup is more than automatic that allows starting work within 20 seconds. It can be welded perfectly if the aluminum rim thickness should be equal to or less than 3/16 inches. But anything higher than this thickness could not be welded accurately and will ultimately lead to the wheel’s failure.
What should be the maximum number of amps for a High Frequency start?
There should be a 30 amp breaker for a High-frequency start. If it doesn’t work well, then try once at 27 amps.
